**3. Bookings and Photography Services**
**3.1 Booking Confirmation**
**A booking is not confirmed until the Client has received a written confirmation from Natalia Piferrer and, where applicable, a signed contract or agreement. Natalia Piferrer reserves the right to decline any booking at her discretion.**
**3.2 Scope of Services**
**The specific services to be provided (e.g., portrait sessions, event photography, commercial photography, product photography) will be agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot. Any changes to the agreed scope must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional fees.**
**3.3 Session Preparation**
**The Client is responsible for arriving prepared and on time for the scheduled session. Natalia Piferrer is not liable for reduced session time or missed shots due to the Client's late arrival. Guidance on what to wear, bring, or prepare will be provided in advance where relevant.**
**4. Fees and Payment**
**4.1 Pricing**
**All session fees, packages, and product prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.**
**4.2 Deposits and Payment Schedule**
**A non-refundable deposit (as specified at booking) is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.**
**4.3 Payment Methods**
**Payments are accepted via the methods displayed on the Website or in your booking confirmation. We use secure third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.**
**4.4 Taxes**
**Prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees applicable in your country.**
**5. Cancellations and Rescheduling**
**5.1 Client Cancellations**
**All deposits are non-refundable. If the Client cancels:**
- More than 14 days before the session: deposit is forfeited; no further charge applies.
- Within 14 days of the session: the full session fee may be charged.
**5.2 Rescheduling**
**One complimentary reschedule is offered if requested more than 7 days in advance, subject to availability. Additional reschedules or requests made within 7 days of the session may incur a rescheduling fee.**
**5.3 Cancellation by Photographer**
**In the unlikely event that Natalia Piferrer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control, the Client will be offered a full refund of any payments made or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Natalia Piferrer's liability is limited to the fees paid and does not extend to any other costs incurred by the Client (e.g., travel, wardrobe, venue).**
**5.4 Weather and Force Majeure**
**For outdoor sessions, Natalia Piferrer will make a reasonable judgement call on whether conditions are suitable. If a session needs to be postponed due to weather, the Client will be offered a reschedule at no extra charge.**
**6. Delivery of Images**
**6.1 Turnaround Time**
**Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified at booking (typically within 2–4 weeks for standard sessions). Turnaround times may vary for large events or commercial projects. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.**
**6.2 Image Selection and Editing**
**Natalia Piferrer retains full creative and editorial discretion over which images are selected for editing and delivery. Not all images captured during a session will be delivered. Images are edited in Natalia Piferrer's signature style; requests for significant departures from this style are not guaranteed.**
**6.3 Delivery Method**
**Final images are typically delivered via an online gallery or download link. The Client is responsible for downloading and saving their images before the gallery expires. Natalia Piferrer is not responsible for images lost after the delivery link has expired.**
**6.4 Raw Files**
**Raw (unedited) image files are not included in any package and will not be provided to the Client unless expressly agreed in writing.**
**6.5 Print Products**
**Where print products (e.g., albums, prints, canvases) are ordered, these will be produced and delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of order. Natalia Piferrer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party print labs or shipping carriers.**
**7. Copyright and Intellectual Property**
**7.1 Ownership of Images**
**All photographs taken by Natalia Piferrer remain her exclusive intellectual property. Copyright is retained by Natalia Piferrer at all times, regardless of payment.**
**7.2 Client Licence**
**Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., printing for personal use, sharing on personal social media). This licence does not include the right to sell, sub-license, or use the images for commercial gain without prior written consent.**
**7.3 Commercial Use**
**Any commercial use of images (e.g., advertising, editorial, brand campaigns, resale) requires a separate written commercial licence agreement and additional fees. Please contact [email protected] to discuss commercial licensing.**
**7.4 Credit and Attribution**

**7.5 Photographer's Portfolio Use**
**Natalia Piferrer reserves the right to use any images from a session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless the Client has made a written request for privacy prior to the session. Such requests will be respected but may limit the scope of the booking.**
**8. Model Release and Privacy**
**By booking a session and accepting delivery of images, the Client grants Natalia Piferrer permission to use images for the purposes described in Section 7.5 above. For sessions involving minors, the parent or legal guardian must provide written consent.**
**If you do not wish for your images to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before the session. We will honour all reasonable privacy requests.**

**9. Client Responsibilities**
**The Client agrees to:**
- Provide accurate information when booking and communicate any relevant details (e.g., accessibility needs, venue restrictions, age of subjects).
- Ensure all persons being photographed have consented to being photographed and, where applicable, to the use of their images.
- Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for the shoot location.
- Behave respectfully and professionally during the session.
**10. Limitation of Liability**
**Natalia Piferrer will take all reasonable professional care during every session. However, in the event of equipment failure, accident, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected session.**
**Natalia Piferrer is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to: loss of memories or sentimental value, cost of re-staging an event, or any loss arising from late delivery of images.**
**Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.**
**11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law**

- **California customers:** Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA and California consumer protection laws are not waived.
